    Uses of 'Undo' Option:

    Undo: This command use for reverses the last command or delete the last entry you typed. The command name changes to 'Can’t Undo' if you can’t reverse the last action.

    • Click Edit Menu
    • Click Undo
    • or
    • Press 'Ctrl + Z' from Keyboard
    • or
    • Click 'Undo Icon ' from Standard Toolbar
    Uses of Redo Option:

    Redo: When you use the Undo command to reverse an action the Repeat command changes to Redo. The Redo command reverses the action of the Undo command.

    • Click Edit Menu
    • Click Redo
    • or
    • Press 'Ctrl + Y' from Keyboard
    • or
    • Click 'Redo Icon ' from Stand Toolbar
    Uses of Cut Option:
    • Select Text or Object
    • Click Edit Menu
    • Click Cut
    • or
    • Select Text or Object
    • Press 'Ctrl + X' from Keyboard
    • or
    • Select Text or Object
    • Click 'Cut Icon' from Keyboard
    Uses of Copy Option:
    • Select Text or Object
    • Click Edit Menu
    • Click Copy

    • Press 'Ctrl + C' from Keyboard
    • or

    • Click 'Copy Icon' from Keyboard
    Uses of Paste Option :
    • After Cut/Cpoy
    • Set your Cursor 'where you want to paste the text/object'
    • Click Edit Menu
    • Click Paste
    • or
    • Set your Cursor 'where you want to paste the text/object'
    • Press 'Ctrl + P' from Keyboard
    • or
    • Set your Cursor 'where you want to paste the text/object'
    • Click 'Paste Icon' from Keyboard
    Uses of Paste Special Option:

    Paste Special: Paste Special option is used to paste - text as picture, formatted text as unformatted or text/object as link.

    Formatted Text to Unformatted Text -

    • At first change Font (Color, Style, Size) of a Text
    • Then Cut or Copy the Text
    • Set your Cursor 'where you want to paste the text'
    • Click Edit Menu
    • Click Paste Special
    • Select Unformatted Text
    • Click OK

    Text to Picture -

    • At First Cut/Copy Text
    • Set your Cursor 'where you want to paste the text'
    • Click Edit Menu
    • Click Paste Special
    • Select Picture (Windows Metafile)
    • Click OK

    Paste as Link -

    • At First Save your Document
    • Cut/Copy Text from 1st Page
    • Press 'Ctrl + Enter' from Keyboard 5 or 10 Times (for insert page)
    • Click Edit Menu
    • Click Paste Special
    • Select 'Paste link:' Option
    • Click OK
    • Then Set the Mouse Pointer upon the Text
    • After That Press 'Ctrl' from Keyboard (you should get Hand Cursor icon)
    • Then 'Click' from Mouse (you should go 1st page)
    Uses of Paste as Hyperlink Option:
    • Cut/Copy Text from 1st Page
    • Press 'Ctrl + Enter' from Keyboard 5 or 10 Times (for insert page)
    • Click Edit Menu
    • Click Paste as Hyperlink
    • Then Set the Mouse Pointer upon the Text
    • After That Press 'Ctrl' from Keyboard (you should get Hand Cursor icon)
    • Then 'Click' from Mouse (you should go 1st page)
    Uses of Clear Formats and Contents Del Option:

    Clear Formats of Text -

    • Select Formatted Text (Bold, Color)
    • Click Edit Menu
    • Point to Clear
    • Click Formats
    • Click anywhere of Page

    Clear Contents Del -

    • Select Formatted Text (Bold, Color)
    • Click Edit Menu
    • Point to Clear
    • Click Contents Del
    • Then Type Another Text
    Uses of Select All:

    Select All: Select all text of a document.

    • At Firt Type 4 or 5 Paragraph or More
    • Click Edit Menu
    • Click Select All
    • or
    • At Firt Type 4 or 5 Paragraph or More
    • Press 'Ctrl + A' from Keyboard
    Uses of Find Option:

    Find: Find a text or word from a document.

    • Click Edit Menu
    • Click Find
    • Type Text 'which text you want to finr from document' into 'Find what' box
    • Click 'Find Next' button one time or more
    • After finish find a message box will appear
    • Click OK button
    • Click Close button
    Uses of Replace Option:

    • Click Edit Menu
    • Click Replace
    • Type Text 'which text you want to find from document' into 'Find what:' box
    • Type Text 'which text you want to replace from document' into 'Replace with:' box
    • Click 'Replace' button or 'Replace All' button
    • After finish replace a message box will appear
    • Click OK button
    • Click Close button
    Uses of Go To Option:
    • Click Edit Menu
    • Click Go To
    • Select Page or Line from 'Go to what:' list box
    • Enter Page or Line Number
    • Click Go To
    • Then Close
